How it works
About five minutes in the app, then your calendar fills in.
Connect the calendar you already live in
- Pick the calendar you check every day. It becomes the one you watch.
- Google asks for calendar events only. Never mail, contacts or files.
- The prefix starts every copied title: Company 1 - Board prep.
- The preview shows what Company 1 will see: Busy, nothing else.
- Direct sign-in when IT allows it, a subscription link when it doesn’t.
- Decide what counts as busy. Tag a meeting #nosync to keep it in one calendar.
- The preview changes as you do.
- Your whole day across companies, on one line.
- Anything that needs you comes with its fix.
- Where your hours go this week, by company.
- Pick the calendar you check every day.
- Outlook and Microsoft 365 work too.
- The prefix starts every copied title.
- We pick the fastest way this company allows.
- Your calendar next to what Company 2 sees.
- We pick the fastest way Company 1 allows.
- Problems come to you, with the fix.
- Today across every company.
